Min Beboer Parkering processes personal data to provide resident parking management, issue and manage parking tickets, and process payments. This page describes what data we collect and how we use it.
What data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Account data: name, email, phone, and address for users (tenants, controllers, administrators).
- License plates: plates you register as a resident or as a guest, linked to your tenant or guest link.
- Tickets: license plate, amount, currency, status, issue time, location, and notes for each parking ticket.
- Photos: vehicle and receipt photos attached to tickets when controllers issue control fees.
- Payment: payment is handled by an external payment provider; we do not store card numbers. We store payment status and reference (e.g. paid, transaction id).
- Controller location: when a controller issues a ticket, we may store the location (e.g. for geofence rules).
How we use the data
We use the data to:
- Provide parking management and access to the app (login, roles, tenant/guest links).
- Issue, manage, and display parking tickets and control fees.
- Process payments via the payment provider and record payment status.
- Enforce parking rules (e.g. geofence, fee zones) and communicate with you about tickets.
- Communicate with you (e.g. payment confirmations, support) where applicable.
Storage and retention
Data is stored securely. We keep ticket and related data as long as needed for administration, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask the administrator for details on retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law (e.g. GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data where legally permitted.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
