Are parking spots tied to users or apartments?
Apartments own the spots. Each apartment has a shared limit (default: 2 active resident permits), and users manage them on behalf of the apartment.
How do we add more users to an apartment?
One address can have many users. Anyone can submit a create-user request, and the local admin approves it before the user is linked to the apartment.
How are service vehicles handled?
Service vehicles use time-limited service permits with a required end time. They do not count toward the apartment's resident spot limit.
Who can change the apartment's parking spots?
All users linked to the apartment can see and adjust the permits assigned to it. Local admins can change the apartment's spot allowance when needed.
How do move requests work?
Users or local admins can request a move to a new apartment/address. The local admin approves the move before it takes effect.
Is pricing still based on users?
Yes. The subscription is per user and per parking spot, so you only pay for active access.
How do guests register their license plate?
The resident creates a guest request and sends the link to the guest. The guest enters their plate via the link—no account needed—and is registered immediately within the given time window.
How do I pay a control fee or ticket?
Go to «Pay ticket» on the front page, enter your control number and license plate. You can see the amount and pay securely by card. A receipt is sent to your email.
What happens when I move out or sell?
Remove or deactivate your plates in the system so they no longer grant access. When selling, the new owner or tenant gets access through a new registration or link to the apartment, which the local admin approves.
Can we have more than 2 resident permits per apartment?
Yes. The default limit is 2 active resident permits per apartment, but the local admin can set a higher limit as needed for your building or association.
